PRIVACY POLICY

By coming on to my page you are agreeing to not only share the data you have given me for a purchase through my booking site, or shop. But you are also acknowledging that you are on a website that collects cookies and/or data. 

 

Your credit cards are not shared with me. So there is no need to worry about that. The only thing being shared is what you put in the forms when you submit for payment or when you submit a message request via email. 

 

The information you share will be stored as a contact. Emails are sent to contacts on a regular basis. If you would like to be out of this email list. Please notify me or a member and we will handle it accordingly. 

REFUND POLICY

There is NO REFUND(S) unless I authorize it. The only time there would be a refund if there was a mess up on my end. Or if the item is damaged and there is given evidence that there’s no foul play other than the accident being an accident.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK AND ENSURE THAT DURING ANY SALE OR DISCOUNT EVENTS. THAT YOU ARE USING THE CORRECT CODE AND THAT YOU NOTIFY HEX SLUT IF THE CODE IS NOT WORKING. PLEASE DO SO BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING. Otherwise, once something has been bought and/or purchased. It is final. Please keep that in mind. 

 

If you feel as if a reading wasn’t in alignment with you or a product does not sit well with you. I am more than happy to discuss the situation with you. Other than that, once something has been purchased. Then there is no refund on that said purchase.

RETURN POLICY

IF YOU PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS. AND YOU DO NOT TELL ME BEFORE THE TIME YOUR ORDER IS SENT OUT AND A TRACKING NUMBER IS SENT OUT. THEN I AM NOT LIABLE FOR THE PACKAGE AND I WILL SEND YOU THE INFORMATION NEEDED TO HAVE YOUR PACKAGE REROUTED. IF IT COSTS MORE TO REROUTE IT THEN I WILL CHARGE YOU AS SO. 

 

So as said before, please double check your addresses. Also, please make sure if you have an apartment address that you include which unit, number apt., and etc. otherwise it will not send it correctly. 

 

IF the package is being sent to me again or “return to sender” then please let your local USPS office know that you have the right address and that you have the tracking number. Once you give them that tracking number along with the correct address. Then you will be set. 

PRODUCT WARNINGS

If a product has a clear warning to what to do and/or what not to do. Then please follow those instructions. Once you purchase a product. You acknowledge the risks that may come with the product. Once the product is bought. Then the owner and creator of the product is not liable for anything that may come along with the product being bought. Meaning if there is damage done by the product then is not in liability with no one except the customer. 

 

The product should not cause harm or damage to anyone or anything but this is just for liability cause.

READING POLICY

IF you had purchased a reading and you have given a positive review. It will be used on Hex Slut’s Instagram reviews.

READINGS ARE USUALLY SCHEDULED MONDAY THRU FRIDAY FROM 11 AM EST TILL 8PM EST. 

 

Please know that you have about 10 minutes maximum to show up to your reading appointment. If you are over the ten minute mark. We will be rescheduling the reading session to a later date. 

 

There is no refunds when it comes to readings. Once a reading has been purchased. That it is. No refunds and I’m sorry. That is my time and I hope you understand.

READING SESSIONS ARE DONE WITH BOOKING A CONSULTATION FIRST. PLEASE AND THANK YOU.

 

If you are given a free reading. Just as it is given for free. It can be taken away. Please do not be rude. This includes for purchased readings as well. If you are rude to Hex Slut. Then Hex Slut may cancel the reading session right then and there if needed. Please know that Hex Slut tries their best and if you are being rude or disrespectful then again there will be a cancellation.
